Submission guide
Guidance for complete submissions
Before you submit your application, be aware of the official Ethical MedTech guidance:
- Make sure your submission is valid. To finalise your submission, you must click Save & Submit and make sure that you have received an automatic email with a reference number for the submission (EMT reference). This guarantees that your submission is valid.
- The documents you upload should not be too heavy (submission form maximum size 72 MB). The text fields of the online form should not include special signs like : / (slash) or ( ) for example. For email and URL fields, there is syntax validation.
- You can make only limited changes after you submit your application, so please be attentive. Most sections in the original submission become read-only; for example, you can no longer edit some existing entries, e.g. the event date, country, conference venue or the event title. Our team must be notified immediately of any change of date, venue, fee structure, dinner venue, etc. This may impact the status of the assessment.
- You can easily upload new documents and add comments: please use the chat function via the online form. Please be explicit and clarify what is included in the fees for delegates, and what is subject to a separate fee, for example.
- You can submit your application years in advance, well before the event programme is finalised: please use the pre-clearance form and provide a preliminary programme structure and do not forget to upload a final programme up until 35 days before the event starting date. All documents must be uploaded proactively. Submitters are fully responsible for their submissions.
- Do not wait until the last minute. We cannot grant deadline extensions if you miss your deadline. You can submit your application up until 50 days before the event starting date.
